Bailey Boswell, 23, and Aubrey Trail, 51, remain persons of interest in the case but are not suspects at this time, Bliemeister said.
Loofe's body was discovered Monday afternoon in a rural area about 90 miles southwest of her home in Lincoln.
"We do believe that there is evidence of foul play" involved in the woman's death, added incoln Police Chief Jeff Bliemeister, but he wouldn't provide any specifics.
Multiple law enforcement agencies had been searching for Loofe, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

"By their own particular explanations via web-based networking media, we trust that Aubrey Trail and Bailey Boswell were two of the last individuals to see her before her vanishing", Bliemeister said.
Two persons of interest were still in custody in the Ozarks connected to the deeath.
Trail and Boswell posted several videos on social media addressing their possible involvement in the investigation.
Boswell, wearing a hoodie and sunglasses in a video, said she dropped Loofe off at a friend's house after their date and never heard from her again. This media house does not correct any spelling or grammatical error within press releases and commentaries.
Boswell, who was sought on a failure to appear warrant in a drug case, lives in Trenton, Missouri, the Nebraska records say. Sydney's cell phone last pinged there. She said she went on two dates with Loofe, which according to her mostly consisted of smoking marijuana while driving around Lincoln, Nebraska.

"She was a very sweet girl, very loving", he said. She said that she met Loofe "on a Tuesday", and she picked her up from her home. "But I'm not what you're trying to make me out to be", Trail said in one video. They add: 'Our thoughts and prayers are with the Loofe family'.
