Bill Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault during his retrial but has yet to receive his sentence. Instead, it was Cosby's admission that he gave the women Quaaludes to have sex with them in a previous deposition. The youngest member in the jury panel, 22-year-old Harrison Snyder, said in a recent interview with ABC News (see the video below) that Bill Cosby's words in his deposition led to his conviction.
He made up his mind, however, after "hearing everyone's comments about certain pieces of evidence and going through the different counts", he said.
Cosby faces sentencing within 90 days on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for his 2004 attack on Constand.
Until he is sentenced, Judge Steven O'Neill ruled the 80-year-old comedian will be on house arrest with an ankle bracelet.
Cosby, who is legally blind, could get special treatment due to his health issues and disability, the outlet reports.
Cosby, who had a career that spanned decades of building goodwill and building bridges, now stands a convicted sex offender. "I don't think it really necessarily mattered that these other five women were here, because he said it himself".
